Mission

I truly believe we all have unique gifts to bring to the world. If we deepen our understanding of ourselves, our value and the endless possibilities in front of us, we will have more meaningful careers and lives as a whole.

Our upbringing, learned experiences, gender, culture and beliefs all impact how we show up professionally. When we bring awareness to this, we are able to align ourselves more authentically and own our true nature and potential.

When we embrace our uniqueness - we are happier, more productive, experience flow more often, earn more and are more successful. It’s when we try to “fit the mould” and go against our authentic nature, we struggle.

My education combines an undergraduate degree in traditional psychology, with a post-graduate diploma in modern Positive Psychology from University of Melbourne, an ICF accredited diploma in Coaching from Creative Consciousness Academy and I’m a qualified NLP Practicioneer.

We must first seek to understand our strengths, then nurture them, and communicate them effectively in order to thrive. If we can learn how to leverage our strengths, rather than play out our weaknesses, together we can achieve fulfilment and success.

I have spent the majority of my career working with CEOs, Founders and leaders from some of the world’s most innovative technology and consulting companies and cutting edge technology scale-ups globally. I am currently working with a range of Dutch scale-ups who want to offer career coaching and personal branding as a benefit to their employees as part of their employee engagement strategy.
